I was planning to use a Receiver chassis for this project but It’s getting to bulky and heavy. So I decided to make some improvements.
Instead of the Receiver Chassis I decided to use one of those hard Briefcase style Tool Boxes. Also keeping the test equipment to a bare minimum and make it modular and compact as possible. I can either have parts 3D Printed, generic project boxes or even some thin wood scraps. Instead of cramming in a Raspberry Pi I’ll just use one of my many Laptops.
For storing Hand Tools I’ll just use a Tool Roll and a couple of tackle boxes for storing test leads and Electronic Parts.
